A doula provides empathetic guidance and support - spiritually, physically, and emotionally - to clients and their loved ones. Whether I help you find calm through music or meditation, ease by keeping your space clean and clutter-free, or listening to - and expressing - your wishes, hopes and fears, I am present for all that comes along with the end-of-life process. Contact me when you want to support your caregiver or augment the space between hospice visits. Think of me as a coach and gentle ear.

My direction as your Life Transitions Facilitator is to create a collaborative experience that allows you to openly and honestly understand and express your own needs and wishes. I counsel clients - regardless of age or phase of life - to prepare for end-of-life through planning and proxies, details and directives. Together we discuss these important legacies and legalities so that life is more organized, purposeful and aligned with your true interests and intentions around issues such as:

• Advanced Health Care Directives & Estate Planning conversations & documentation
• Consideration of Financial Power of Attorney & Healthcare Advocacy
• Life Legacy Projects such as memory books and letter writing
• Inventory of physical, financial and digital ownership and priorities
• Respite & extended support for those caring for someone with a chronic or terminal condition. I provide personalized care and bedside presence that extends beyond what hospice can offer.
• Vigil and End-of-Life Emotional Support & Guidance to the dying and their families through their final days
• Advocacy for comfort care & pain management as well as personalized vigil planning
• Posthumous Advanced Planning - conversations around wills, memorials, disposition, legacies and the planning for your own memorial/life celebration

To make the process of planning your end-of-life easier, I offer pricing per visit so that we don’t lose momentum clocking the minutes we spend together.

Consultation Call: First, let’s schedule a complimentary 30 minute call to discuss your needs and my services.

Advanced Care Planning Session: Next, we will meet for a 2-part planning session (virtually or in-person) to determine desired outcomes and wishes followed by a review of our personalized plan for care. Fee: $250

End-of Life Planning & Death Doula Support: Minimum engagement of 10 visits/$150 per visit. Typical duration of visit/work 1-2 hours.

This can include Legacy Stories & Projects, Respite Care, Life Legacy, Legal & Healthcare Advocacy, Death Doula, and Memorial/After Death Planning Services available. Please inquire. We can work together for days, weeks, or months....even through your aging years.
